A recruiter reaches out to you to do a screening. They about about nursing background, if you’re legally entitle to practice, employment history, skills, and salary. Week later you find out if you get to next interview with hiring manager then week later find out if you get the job from a recruiter

Interview
I received an email to schedule a screening 15 min call. I booked the timeframe, I got the confirmation and the name of the interviewer and no one called for the interview. I emailed them back if they needed to reschedule and got this answer: "Thank you for reaching out. We will follow up with the team and get back to you shortly". and nothing since then. I think it is very unprofessional.
