Cenlar interview questions

The interview process was two rounds. The first interview was with a manager and then there was a technical interview with a few developers where more specifics were required at the granular level to ensure the skillset was focused.

1. Love-bombing to start (because they're desperate to hide the 2.4 employee satisfaction score) 2. Passive-aggressive recruiter (blaming me for 'missing' an interview when he got the dates confused; no real apology provided) 3. Ignore the candidate 4. Reappear and aggressively push the candidate into same-day interviews (which I kindly accommodated without complaint) 5. Disinterested interviewers (going through the motions; no questions of value asked at all--guessing they already had a candidate in mind) 6. Ignore the candidate until system-generated rejection occurs.
