Some unprofessional interviewers. Hiring manager seemed uninterested or enthusiastic. Late to the interview and did not have camera on. One other interviewer was distracted by pets. HR interview felt very awkward. Felt more like an interrogation rather than a conversation. The rest seemed inexperienced with asking the right interviewer questions. Remote company that lacks cohesion and seems very intense with role and responsibilities seeming to move super fast.

Basic interview. Met with director and other leads. The Hiring Manager sounded very uninterested. No follow up for a few weeks, and when I reached out they informed me they went with a different candidate.

There was a general lack of transparency, respectfulness, and timeliness of feedback. The feedback was also dismissive and censorious rather than constructive. The experience raised concerns about the organization's respect for candidates.
