Central Engineering Services interview questions

It was an unusual interview in general, with atypical questions. I came in for an admin position, and ended up being interviewed for another position. I met with the entire team over the course of the interview, and was never asked any of the typical "behavioral" -type questions. A *lot* of discussion about company culture and values.
