The interview process started off well, but quickly declined from there. Phone interview and intial on-site was what was expected. However, after confirming a second interview with the CFO and CEO neither showed. Understandable if business needs arise, but the CFO went to a dentist appointment (which I am sure was scheduled prior to the interview and known about in advance) and the CEO went to “run a short errand” and never returned. Very disrespectful of the candidates time and shows how much they value the recruiting process. After receiving an offer decided not to accept primarily based on the actions of the CEO/CFO. Hard to say you are committed to the recruiting process and supportive of recruiting efforts when the executives blow off the process!
