I never applied. I was approached by recruiter who acted without my consent and shared my CV. Just got a call out of the blue to attend interview.
Interview questions were very primitive for senior position I was interviewing for. Do not interview people with 15+ years of relevant experience as if you were talking to a fresh graduate. I was also being interrupted number of times by the interviewer trying to put me down. Unsuccessfully. Very disrespectful. Ghosting after interview says about company culture and professionalism. .

Was told I'd be having a small chat with the hiring manager, only to have a fully fledged 1 hour interview.
Subsequently, I was told I was unsuccessful. I asked if I could get any feedback from the interviewers, but was completely ignored.

Laid back. Not too stressful. Informative. Don’t let them tempt you with 4-day week though. They’ve been saying that for 9 years and it still means working 10 hour days
