Interview talks with VP of Sales Sandy Thompson, Regional Manager Mike Francesca, then final interview with Mike F and VP of Sales Chris Cera. Completed Due Diligence project to present at final interview that included talking with 9 current TMs and CAMs to review the company, tech, etc.

Tell me how you build multiple champions within a given account to support the technology getting approved?
Interview project for acquisition team is very extensive but lets you know if you’ll enjoy doing the job and if you CAN do the bare necessities to be successful. Hardest interview process I’ve ever had but went pretty quickly (3-4 weeks or so).

Interview
Each interviewer was sincerely thoughtful and made the atmosphere comfortable - this enabled pleasant, candid conversations. At the end of the process I felt that I could thrive as well as be challenged to continue to develop myself at Ceribell. I walked away with tremendous confidence in the leadership team and the future of the company. This was by far the best interview process I've ever been through.
