They did not review my resume. They wanted to see if I had the personality for the position. When I tried to ask questions they would redirect to a different topic. They lied about compensation, benefits, and responsibilities.

Interview
the interview was very casual, more like a conversation than an interview. interviewer mostly talked about the company, and gave details about the position and benefits. The interviewer barely asked questions about me or my experience. An offer was made the same day.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Champaign Elite Marketing (Champaign, IL) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview played out more like a conversation where the interviewer was attempting to convince me that this job is a good idea. It isn't. This is not a marketing position at all. The job, regardless of the listing on Glassdoor/Indeed, is actually just asking people if they want to lower their utility bills or switch their cell phone service in Wal-Mart.
Basically, you go in to retail stores with a tablet and bother people while they shop.
"It's a numbers game." It very well may be, but this isn't marketing...
