I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Change Corps in Dec 2017
Interview
Difficult to organize interview but fairly easy once it happened. I had one phone interview then a group interview a few months later that was in person, hosted in a few different cities around the country.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Change Corps (Denver, CO) in June 2018
Interview
Two phone calls, more of a conversation rather than a traditional interview. One of these was over Skype, and then a lot of back and forth over email. Interview
ok Glassdoor is prompting me to submit something to view their website, so here is a review for one of the stranger interviews I have ever been a part of. I applied and interviewed in 2017. It was an all day group interview process, with public speaking tasks and interviews. Part of the day involved going out and getting people to sign petitions, and we had to pay something like $10 for lunch up front (???!) so it really felt like I was just doing free labor for them. The salary they told us was literally below minimum wage as well. It sucks that important organizing work can be so exploitative.
Despite spending 7+ hours with this company, the next time I heard from them was over 6 months later. weird.
