Upon submitting the application, I received an automated email notifying me that I had been rejected for the job. Several hours later, someone reached out to me requesting a screening interview. It became evident almost immediately after the interview began that I was not under serious consideration, and I was rejected a second time for the position shortly thereafter. These are not signs of an organization that has its act together.

The whole system seems pretty disorganized. The initial interview was a "vibe check" that included nothing about skill set or experience. From what I understood the entire company is incredibly stressful with very little work life balance. Overall everyone seemed stressed and over their head.

Interview
Hiring process included a screener, several interviews with team members, and a technical interview with a presentation. All interviewers were engaging. Final round presentation was with several people and involved presenting data insights to the team.
