      The pay is fine if you don't live in the highest COL areas for political work

      Cons

      The senior staff play favorites so ones chances of advancement depends on their opinions The CEO doesn't instill confidence in the future of the company Too many meetings and a lack of staff comroderie No PTO Benefits are awful
