The recruiter said it was not important, only a company tradition. He suggested that I don't start from the first question, but rather, start with the second page, and guess if you could. Have to finish the whole thing within time limit.

The interview process consisted of two phone sessions, one with HR and one with a CS manager, and a day long onsite panel session. My experience echos what has been noted by others- a poorly structured, unprofessional approach with no conclusion. Do not waste your time and effort on CRD.
