This was 4 step interview. Starts with a phone screening with a recruiter, zoom interviews with regional director and manager, as well as presented a mock pitch. Went through the role responsibilities and what they are looking for from candidates in this role.

I had an initial prescreen interview where their recruiter discussed my background experience. They passed my information on to another internal recruiter who conducted a virtual interview. For this interview, I had to create a presentation as if I was selling the company product. The interview was very short and I didn't get to ask any questions on my end. They ended up reaching out saying I did not get the position.
