      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Charlie Health

      Interview

I interviewed for this role over two years ago. I thought it had went very well since I met all the qualifications but got rejected. I asked for a follow up on what disqualified me since i wanted to apply again and was excited for what the company stood for. I have applied for various roles and have gotten almost auto-rejected. Then, when I finally give up, recruiting asks me to apply b/c they kept me in mind. I apply over the weekend and first thing in the morning another rejection. I reached out to HR and they told me to contact someone else since they only help "employees". I'm starting to think it's a good idea ive been rejected since they can't simply tell me why I was not selected to begin with, and why ask me to apply. It's like they purposely want to humuliate you.

      Question 1

Basic customer service questions. They actually stated they were impressed with me during the interview. I have been shocked ever since with how my experience has been,

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health in June 2026

      Interview

No, just no. My experience with the hiring process was incredibly disappointing. For the first interview, the recruiter never showed up, forcing me to reschedule based on their availability after I had already taken time off work and wasted an entire day. I was then invited to a second interview, but that experience wasn't any better. The interviewer rushed through the entire conversation, seemed completely disengaged, and barely acknowledged my responses. It honestly felt like she either didn't want to be there or had never conducted an interview before. There was no effort to have a genuine conversation or learn about my qualifications. I came into the process with relevant experience, a good education, and a genuine interest in the position. I should not have anyway, especially considering it pays around $20/hour. Instead, I was met with disorganization, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. This is what you give new graduates? Poor pay and horrible interview experiences. Looking back, I'm actually glad I didn't receive an offer. If this is how they treat candidates during the hiring process, I can only imagine what it's like to work there.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health

      Interview

I was reached out to by a recruiter. The second interview with the care coach leads was uncomfortable and was not relevant to the position. I was repeatedly asked about de-escalation tactics and my experience even though I explained multiple times my experience in those situations. When I raised concerns about crisis situations and ensuring client safety I was met with a bit of hostility and told that would not be my responsibility. Recruiter was kind but the leads were cold and rude.
