I was really excited to interview at this company because of the care model and mission/values. I had 2 short interviews with a recruiter and moved on to meet with the Senior Director. The interview questions were pretty straightforward and relevant. After meeting with the Senior Director I emailed the recruiter I was working with and the recruiting coordinator and did not get a response from either. I got an automated rejection email a week later, which was really disappointing since I had reached out prior. I feel like it is common courtesy to send a personalized email after making it this far in the interview process.
