I only did the initial interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was late and completely uninterested. The interview seemed very rushed and she had a horrible attitude. The conversation felt very transactional and was only about numbers, numbers, and numbers. I could tell immediately this was a position I would not further pursue. Way too many red flags.

"What made you a top performer at your last company?"
The recruiter seemed uninterested from the start. I also applied for one role that was posted, and then set me up to interview for a different role. When I asked what happened, they said it was the same role. But they were posted on the website separately... Recruiter did not seem to know much about the role.

My interview experience with Charlie Health was just okay. The process started with a Zoom interview rather than a phone screen, which I found to be a bit unconventional. The questions they asked were quite basic, and I didn't feel like I had the opportunity to truly showcase my skills.
