Relatively easy - there was an assessment which we had to complete while on the interview, and they asked some competency and work experience based questions. It was quite relaxed.

Informal Interview and basic science maths and English questions. Asked for qualifications and past experience. Asked for enhanced dbs check. Asked for when available and where as well. Need to write more words but not much to say

Couple questions about your education and work availability, they need you to work a minimum of 10 months as it could effect students if you leave before that. Then a 1.5 hour Maths English and Science exam followed by shadowing a class if you were successful
