There really isn't a set process for interviews so it will depend upon the position and region you're considering. One thing you can expect to receive is a Personality Index assessment which asks you a bunch of questions about how you view yourself and how you feel you are viewed by others. This can feel like a test but the most important thing is to just be yourself and be honest.
