Interviewed on campus at my college. they did a behavioral & resume review. The recruiters were very kind and conversational. Overall great experience from Chevron USA interviewing for a intern position as a masters student.

Pretty standard, asked technical questions as well as how I work as a team. They highlight STAR: not sure what it stands for anymore, but something about describing the problem and the action, rather than what I would've done or plan to do.
