Very chill interview, the manager pretty much explained what the process was like working as a barista for the cafe. Asked questions based on the job description ("Am I a fast learner?", "Am I willing to work late shifts?", etc.). I actually ended up being overprepared, since I was expecting it to be more formal. Thankfully, the process was a lot easier than I thought it would be - it honestly felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview. The manager was very respectful and honest as well. She contacted me about a week after the interview to let me know that I was hired. Overall, it was a fairly quick and easy process.
