Sat down with the GM before opening hours & described the job details. Very thorough, professional, kind. Clear instructions on how to proceed with receiving the job. Didn’t start for another 2 weeks though because their trainers quit & they needed more time to train people to become trainers.

Very casual. Quick interaction with the general manager that covered questions regarding personal skills and how to handle situations. Chicago Fire is focused on finding the right people that 'fit' with the rest of the team.
