Chicago Fire interview questions

Very easy, basic questionS- have you bartended before? What are the steps of service? It was a good interview. This was in 2016. Also asked about how to make a gin and tonic

There were three interviews conducted. The one with the General Manager he showed up in shorts, T-shirt and flip flops. Once I was chosen for the job there was a phone tag between myself and the hiring manager. I left multiple calls and emails to return his message and he waited over a week to get back to me to offer me the job then waited two more weeks to get me started in training.
