I interviewed at Chichester District Council (Chichester, England)
Interview
I was invited for interview, first part I completed two written responses to scenario questions then followed by 9 situation questions. When I questioned the 'hybrid' model I was asked 'whats my understanding of hybrid and that this would be based over two locations' so completely contradicted both the job advert and description which if I had known, I wouldn't have wasted my time applying for the role & attending interview.
