      Team Lead Interview

      13 Dec 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chino.io in Nov 2022

      Interview

They sent a very long form (4 pages) to complete by e-mail, with many questions like management style, projects you are working on etc. I precise I received this form without never being called before. The final question was the salary expectations and I think that's why they decided not to proceed further as I perfectly fit in the position. When I contacted them to have more information, they sent a copy and paste message. Honestly I don't think it's fair to send such a long form to complete with long answers if they do their selection based on the salary. They should have called me first, asking for my salary expectations and THEN send me the questions to answer to.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you motivate a low performer? What is your leadership style? What does our company do? What's your most successful project you managed? What's the toughest? How do you measure the success of the project?
