Submitted CV, one fairly straightforward interview that asked basic customer service questions. They asked salary expectations and I said I'd work for minimum wage (I was desperate) and they took me up on that offer.

Phone screening call lasted about 15 minutes, 2nd part of the interview was a bit rushed and lifeless. Was asked about if I knew anything about the company, so it is important to research this company before you get to 2nd stage interview.
