Had an amazing experience from the initial phone interview to being flown in for an in person interview. The entire process what comfortable, professional, and one of the best interview experiences in my 30 years.
Standard interview questions, situational questions, nothing too complicated. Related/Relevant experience is required and is something that they hone in the most. Once you get to the interview stage, the process is much more relaxed.

How does your previous experience translate with our company's culture?
First interview with recruiting. The person was very friendly and open (answer my questions). The person asked me on my overall work experience, and most importantly, salary expectation. It did not work out for me for salary range.
