Choose Chicago interview questions

The phone interviewer was cold and not that friendly. No real open ended questions and more yes/no questions. The call was far longer than it needed to be if they knew pretty quickly that I was not the right person for the position.

I applied online via LinkedIn and was notified when my resume was reviewed. A few days later I received an interview request via email. I met with two different team members virtually over a period of about two weeks. The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions.
