Talent team often changes of contact point. No proper follow up. Often reach out without proper JD. It is normally just interview without structured questions. Then move on to interview with CHRO and hiring, again no structured question

Interview was smooth and fast, however there is a delay in getting back on the results. Conversations were engaging and the interviewers made sure that I was really interested in the retail industry. Rejection was mainly due to lack of retail experience, however I thought that should be already part of the initial filtering process. Overall it was fine.
