The first round assessment was writing about 4-5 questions about teamwork, leadership, experience etc.. The second was telephone interview. Then comes the one-day assessment. There are 3(or 4, can't remember) parts. A. Role play. You're the assistant and your boss is absent, try to talk with the client and get more details. B. Presentation. Introduce a painting to a private client. C Group discussion. Different location department colleagues allocate the painting resources.
