Applied on Indeed. Two weeks later someone reached out, asking if I was still interested. Yes - still interested. She gave me her Calendar and I picked a day and time that was available. Day of the interview comes around. It's time for the interview - I'm on Zoom, just waiting and waiting and waiting. Time for interview passes. I email her - tell her I know things pop up, let me know if you want to reschedule. Three hours later, she emails me back, spells my name wrong in the email and says had an emergency meeting pop up, couldn't make it to the shelter in time for Zoom interview and would look at her calendar and circle back with availability...... three days go by. I hear nothing - I follow up, ask her to send her availability. She emails me back saying she has internal candidates and if the job is still open afterwards she would contact me.
Why would you waste my time scheduling the interview, not showing up to it and then telling me that you have internal candidates. What a waste of time.

Interview
Required a job shadow of a few hours where you worked with different members of the current team. Interview was done by the manager and was casual. Manager had an off-putting style, though.
