The interview steps were: 1. phone screen with HR, 2. virtual video interview with the Hiring Manager, 3. timed Excel assessment, and 4. virtual video interview with a Director. I received feedback in a timely manner from my recruiter and the interview process and approximate timelines were clearly explained to me.
