I want to warn future candidates about my experience with this company. After **multiple rounds of interviews**, investing significant time and preparation, I was **given a written job offer**. Over the following days, I **negotiated salary, joining date, and other logistics**, only for the offer to be abruptly **rescinded** once they realized I didn’t have prior people leadership experience, a requirement that was **never mentioned at any point during the process**. Their job description clearly stated that they needed a QA with 2 years in a lead or Senior role. I was completely transparent throughout the whole process where I mentioned that I am a senior, and I LEAD a team of QAs without official people management responsibilities. The interview and questions were based on this fact. And I cleared all the rounds, including a techical challenge; only for them to rescind the role JUST because I wasn't an official lead, on paper.
This experience was devastating. The company wasted my time, energy, and hopes, showing **no respect for candidates**. Their lack of clarity, internal alignment, and transparency is shocking. Offering a role in writing, discussing terms in detail, and then withdrawing it is not just unprofessional, it’s unethical.
Communication throughout was inconsistent. Interviewers were polite, but expectations were unclear, leaving candidates guessing about priorities and essential qualifications. For a small company, this is a HUGE RED FLAG, highlighting both poor process and disregard for professional integrity.
Prospective candidates: Clarify every requirement upfront and think twice before investing your time here! This company has proven it cannot be trusted to handle offers ethically or transparently.
