Phone interview described as CoderPad but in practice was a series of trick questions about particular edge cases of C, C++ programming language and the underlying implementation details of STL. It seemed to be to allow the interviewer to use his knowledge of minute details of the C/C++ language to catch candidates out rather than to identify the strengths of candidates that would make them great hires,.

Interview
First Stage live coding test, second stage was a phone screening before a final on-site interview. The on-site interview lasted 4 hours with 5 different interviewers. Programming questions and lots of brain teasers
