I got the phone call directly from the branch manager and I interviewed with him in the following week. The process was fairly easy, all behavioral questions that you can expect. A week later after a short conversation with the recruiter, i took the offer.

Interview process was pretty long, but very straight forward. I talked to multiple people during the process. The branch manager and another manager from a different location interviewed me. Make sure you are personable.
