2 phone interviews for the first round. Asked me basic technical questions. Without any "walk me thru your resume". In the first round they said it was all technicals. Asked me about the industry I was doing during my last summer. Asked me the recent financial news in China.

Structured. It consist of 3 rounds in total. HR will host the interview. First round of Case Study, then Technical with the team leads of the team. After that, will be Q&A session. Lastly with the head of the department.
I had a behavioral with a current analyst, then a Superday with 3 members of the division. During the Superday, I was also assigned a case study to be conducted and presented live to the Superday interviewers.
