Top level Management was much quick in decision making process.
After joining this company i got full satisfaction from my job.
Middle level Management was good at executing each process.
Most of the peoples working around me were hardworker and serious to their jobs.

Interview with the hiring manager and then with the HR. The process is very straight forward. Once you have finished your Hiring Manager round, and it move to HR it is just a matter of negotiation

I was contacted by a Recruiter about my interest in meeting with the local Audit Director for an Audit Manager position at Citibank. Later that week, I met with local Audit Director and another audit manager before being contacted by HR for a final interview and an employment offer was discussed. I accepted the offer and negotiations over salary unsued.
