Interview
The interview process is relatively straight forward with one/two rounds of telephone screens, and a personal interview. The telephone screens are a half-hour to hour long - and are usually centered around capabilities in the resume.
The hiring process is a long drawn out process that takes more than a month.

Question 1
The questions were focused on the resume, with a few role specific questions. You can expect to have some questions on software security - specifically around the OWASP group. Performance and architectural considerations also take a precedence in the question list.
A deep understanding of any security related parameters - be it web application security, web services security etc - would come in handy during the interview.
