I filled out an application online and did a skills assessment. I passed the skills assessment and I was notified that I need to schedule a phone interview. I did the phone interview, and I felt that it went well. They said they would contact me within 5-10 business days to schedule an in person interview, but this didn't happen.

Describe how you would handle a situation with a difficult customer or one that had multiple requests.
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.

Branch interview- interview at one location did not get an off was able to interview for a different location and got the position the second location was closer to home
