Interview
Three phone interviews and one face to face with department managment and directors. Phone and face to face interviews consisted of function related questions. They were interested in skill set and ability to perform job day one.
First interview was a panel discussion
and interview with several different individuals in different business lines. Second interview was with the direct manger for an area you were matched in.
Over all the job process was intense and very thorough. They have multi round interviews, but do their due diligence through the process. Know your technical ans soft skills questions
It was pretty easy and nice. There were multiple rounds. During the first interview I was asked behavioral questions as well as a few technical questions and the other interviews were more job-specific questions.
