Interview
First round phone interview with two people, same day response as I was invited to go on site and give a one on one interview. The interview consisted of two senior managing directors and one HR professional. There was a financial modeling case, basically read earnings transcript, change the model and write a note on it.

The test is supposed to take 8 - 10 hours. They also made me take 2 mental math tests, timed at 2 and 5 mins and a log test for 8 minutes, absolutely random stuff.

I had 2 levels of interview, and each interview lasted 30mins each. Both interviews were a panel of two individuals- a Director and a Managing Director. They were generally nice people. Both interviews were held via Zoom.

Interview
Met different members of the team, relatively straightforward questions. Behavioural, discussion of CV, career goals, working style, etc. Had to provide example of how I worked in my previous team
