I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Redwood City, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
I moved to Silicon Valley, printed my resume and started going from bank to bank talking to managers. In Citibank all the managers I've met were very friendly, they took my resume and printed the invitation to the next Job Fair with Citibank. In the next couple of days I've got two calls from two different HR managers. I attended the Job Fair, had two interviews one after another the same day and ended up with an offer. The fastest hiring process ever!
