Interview
Horrible interview experience. I received a call, directly asking me when I was available for an in-person interview. Being a new graduate looking for my 1st job, I immediately agreed to meet. No screening questions asked. When I went for the interview, the interviewer first question was "what are your expectations? " Expectations with what? the job role, the salary, my employer? How can someone ask such vague questions. Then he realized that he had called me (a recent graduate) for a intermediate level role. Throughout the interview I noticed him looking at my resume and smirking. Also he unnecessarily kept telling me to be calm, not be "afraid" when I was calm and confident the whole time. When asked about when will I know about their decision, his only reply was a smile, no answer. Extremely disrespectful.
One Interview. Conversation based on previous experience. The interviewed Didn’t ask too many questions. I asked a lot about the role. Was a good interview overall with no silly questions.
