      Women of Tomorrow Programmer Interview

      10 Aug 2013
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (London, England)

      Interview

HR is really friendly, very encouraging. At the end of the day, they want to see your best qualities and not trying to make you botch the interview. After a few leadership questions, it just turned into a casual conversation of why we both liked a specific aspect of the company. Honestly, one of the best interviews I've had.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Really weren't any tough or unexpected ones. I was asked to explain my background a bit, asked to demonstrate a time I worked in a team, overcame some difficulties, how I handled pressure and all that, and of course, why Citi.
