Well it was 3 staged process and a quick one. 1st was the GD where they check your communication skills. 2nd was the one on one interview where they will check your personality to see whether we fit into the role. 3rd will be 2 on one interview to finalise the candidate.

It was with 2 District Managers, quite upfront and detailed kind of interview and basic personality questions. Weekdays time flexibility is required from 9AM to 8 PM. Sunday is always off.

Interview
The interview was conducted over 3 days with 3 different rounds. My first round was with my immediate supervisor who described the role, expectations and gauged the fir between my profile and the organizational culture. the next round was with the country head of the division and the last with HR.
