Took interviews with a few separate teams, got ghosted by all. Rejection is fine but when a bank doesn't even give you the courtesy of saying no, it's a major red flag. Completely unprofessional

Phone interview was mostly technical, superday was mostly behavioral. The process was very professional and timely. Heard back from phone interview within three days and heard about full time offer the day of.

Interview
Got a phone interview for a related opne position. Spoke to about 7 people on the phone before being offered a live interview at NYC. 3 of them were HR and 4 from the research group. If you can crack the Analyst's interview, then you are offered the on-site. Met many more onsite. Was asked to complete and update a model and do a write up of PR. Did that and sent - Some other candidate was selected due to his/her better experience.
