I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2012
Interview
Recommended by friend. Applied via global website. The recruitment team was obstructive and unhelpful, required intervention from line manager to progress. Admin initially efficient. All correspondence via email to arrange interview. Interview conducted onsite with two line managers. Conduct of interview was very professional. Mostly focussing on work history and behavioural questions.
There was no contact with Citi post interview. No official notification was ever received. I found out via friend that despite interviewing strongly the role went to an internal candidate. Recruitment HR ignored all follow up requests for feedback.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very little on the technical aspects of the job (operations isn't that difficult), mostly behavioural questions to see ascertain if "good fit" with management and team.
it was of two rounds one with the manager and one with the HR and it was a bit technical mixed with general questions about the process and it is not really hard to clear it

basic maths and knowledge about banking services and products
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Citi (Chennai)
Interview
Good and the process is late . They want us to wait for a day simply. Hr behaviour is not good . But the interview experience was good and easy to crack. They offer you later after 1 month. The one bad thing abt Citi is waiting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Citi in Dec 2022
Interview
Interview Process was extremely smooth. Everyone was friendly and respectful , from HR's to Technical staff. There were 3 rounds in total : First round was MCQ test consisting aptitude and quant. Second round was technical round. Third round was manager's round . After selection there was a HR discussion related to salary and benefits.
