Process consist of 3 rounds where the 1st was a phone call by HR. 2nd was a superday which spans about 4hours consisting of various segments such as indivudal case study, group case study and qualitative questions. Last round was a 1 to 1 with the head of business and senior HR personnel

First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
