I applied online. I interviewed at Citi in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied for the management associate role last year March and only secured an interview four months later. I totally forgot about this application, I wasn't expecting their call when they told me I had passed the first stage which involved numerical and verbal assessments. The Interview process was fair enough to be honest. someone that takes a lot of time to do their research before an interview, would have found them a bit easier.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked basic questions concerning my knowledge of current economic trends, and what my solutions would be to the problems being faced. Was asked to give a personal definition leadership
give an example of a time when I had to lead a group and what challenges I faced. Also my CV stated that I once worked as a finance volunteer, thus I was asked a few questions pertaining to ratio analysis,of which I failed to properly articulate as I haven't come across ratios in quite a long time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager.
HR and Hiring Manager are basic behavioral questions
Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.
