They would sit you down in a room and have you read about sales and then ask you your opinion on the piece and kept hankering me for more and more feedback on the stuff and I was so tired but the kept asking for more and I finally said am I getting the job or not and he was like ok sure you can have the job just cause, I mean what the hell right? Take it, its yours.

A 30 minute call with a Sales and Trading Analyst. He asked me behavioral questions and some easy technical questions. The technical questions were "What did the S & P close at today?" and "What is the relationship between a bond and yield?"
