I applied through their Career options back in Oct 2023& they sent an initial mail that my resume shortlisted in Dec 2023 & will communicate further. I got another mail in Jan 2024 for the first round of interview. I cleared my first round my AVP & other 2 senior managers & then within next week second round happened with VP which lasted for only 15 mins because he was interested in Finance terms / ques. I told him that JD shared to me is entirely technical but he didn't care & ended the interview. After that there was no mails from HR about my feedback. My application was on Business Review for almost 3 months & after that I received an email that my candidature has been rejected. I immediately checked my Citi Workday account & my application went to Process Completed. I wasn't expected this as my first round went really well & the interviewers were quite impressed.
